Delivery
Mattresses, pillows, toppers, and other sleep accessories are delivered via one of the top courier companies, ensuring high-quality service. Most mattresses are shipped rolled and vacuum-sealed.
Vacuum-sealed mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days of receipt to maintain the warranty. After unpacking, the mattress should not be used for 24–72 hours to allow it to fully expand to its original shape.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS from the courier, including the courier’s phone number. You can contact them directly to arrange any additional delivery details.
Please note that cy.onesleep.com does not provide old mattress removal or assembly services.
Delivery time starts from the day our representative confirms your order by phone. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. You will be informed by phone of the expected delivery window based on your location and the courier’s schedule.

COOLER is part of the OneSleep Adapt Sleep Technology range. With a 28 cm profile, a Springsac® Firm core featuring 255 springs per m², an Innogel® viscoelastic layer, and temperature-regulating Cooler fabric, it provides stable, thermally balanced support from the very first night.
Active cooling works from the surface all the way to the core. The Cooler fabric and Innogel® layer work together at the surface, while ThermoFiber® and Airtex® help regulate temperature deeper within the mattress.
The result is a mattress that stays cool not only at first touch, but throughout the night.
255 springs per m² create a firm, supportive core. Each Springsac® Firm spring moves independently, providing targeted firmness, consistent spinal alignment, and zero motion transfer. The support comes from the mattress structure itself, not just from the surface feel.
Reinforced edge support means every centimetre of the sleeping surface can be fully used, without limiting comfort and support to the centre of the mattress.
Exclusivity is built into the structure, not simply a matter of positioning.
