1. SUBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ALSOKO LTD, with registered address: 27 Morphou str., KINGS PARK, HOUSE E5, 8015 Paphos, Cyprus, Company Registration No: HE448460, VAT No: 60018866N (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”), and the users of the online store cy.onesleep.com (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
ALSOKO LTD is an online store through which Users can:
•        purchase mattresses, toppers, beds, and sleep accessories 
•        access information about products, prices, and availability 
•        place orders and make payments online or by phone 
•        exercise their rights under applicable law 

4. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The sales contract is considered concluded when:
•        the User places an order 
•        the order is confirmed by phone 
The Supplier confirms:
•        final price 
•        product availability 
•        delivery terms 
The User has the right to cancel the order before confirmation.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
Payment methods:
•        Cash on Delivery 
•        Bank Transfer (within 7 days) 
•        Credit/Debit Card via Stripe 
The Supplier reserves the right to correct prices in case of technical errors.

6. DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out by courier to the customer’s address or to a courier office of the customer’s choice.
Delivery is made to the entrance of the building and against signature, regardless of whether it is to an address or to a courier office.
Large shipments are not delivered to upper floors.
If delivery is not possible:
•        at a business address – to an employee 
•        at a residential address – to an adult member of the household 
If delivery fails and the customer cannot be reached, the order may be cancelled.
The User is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery.
Claims made after acceptance without remarks will not be accepted.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
Conditions:
•        the product must not be used 
•        it must be in its original packaging 
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

8. EXCEPTIONS FROM RETURNS
The following products cannot be returned:
•        mattresses after unsealing 
•        toppers and pillows after opening 
•        hygiene products 
•        custom-made products 
•        outlet products 

9. WARRANTY
All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Conditions:
•        proof of purchase must be kept 
•        the mattress must be used on a proper base 
•        vacuum-packed mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days 
•        it is recommended to wait 24–72 hours before use

10. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
The Supplier may use personal data for:
•        order processing 
•        customer communication 
•        marketing purposes (only with consent) 

11. LIABILITY
The Supplier is not liable for:
•        delays caused by courier services 
•        force majeure circumstances 
•        improper use of products 

12 MODIFICATIONS
The Supplier reserves the right to modify these terms.
Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

13. APPLICABLE LAW
The laws of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS
The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
