Delivery
Mattresses, pillows, toppers, and other sleep accessories are delivered via one of the top courier companies, ensuring high-quality service. Most mattresses are shipped rolled and vacuum-sealed.
Vacuum-sealed mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days of receipt to maintain the warranty. After unpacking, the mattress should not be used for 24–72 hours to allow it to fully expand to its original shape.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS from the courier, including the courier’s phone number. You can contact them directly to arrange any additional delivery details.

Delivery time starts from the day our representative confirms your order by phone. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. You will be informed by phone of the expected delivery window based on your location and the courier’s schedule.

This is the first collection of upholstered Italian beds by isleep. The wide variety of upholstery colors and textures makes it easy and quick to match the bed with any modern interior.
The slatted bed base provides ideal support for the mattress, enhancing its comfort and extending its lifespan. The lift-up mechanism with gas struts ensures effortless lifting and gives access to a storage compartment under the mattress, providing the space you need for your belongings.
The beds are available with a choice of two base heights – 23 cm and 30 cm. The headboard is 100 cm high. The included cushions offer extra comfort when sitting up to read or watch TV.
The price includes 5 plastic legs, each 10 cm high, for easy cleaning under the bed, with the option to choose wooden or metal legs. Bed dimensions correspond to the selected mattress size. The removable fabric cover on the bed base allows for easy cleaning.
Production time: 45 working days
Delivery and assembly: The beds are packed in 5 boxes for convenient transport. Delivery is free of charge to the first entrance door anywhere in the country.
