Delivery
Mattresses, pillows, toppers, and other sleep accessories are delivered via one of the top courier companies, ensuring high-quality service. Most mattresses are shipped rolled and vacuum-sealed.
Vacuum-sealed mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days of receipt to maintain the warranty. After unpacking, the mattress should not be used for 24–72 hours to allow it to fully expand to its original shape.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS from the courier, including the courier’s phone number. You can contact them directly to arrange any additional delivery details.

Delivery time starts from the day our representative confirms your order by phone. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. You will be informed by phone of the expected delivery window based on your location and the courier’s schedule.
