Right of withdrawal from the contract.

(1) The user has the right, without paying compensation or a fine and without stating the reason, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, from the date of receipt of the products, using the contract withdrawal form, available on this website of the link or other clear statement. Information on exercising the right of withdrawal is available in these general terms and conditions.*The cost of initial delivery to the customer is deducted from the amount and the difference is refunded. The right of refusal does not apply in the following cases:
1. for the delivery of mattresses, toppers and accessories that are in damaged packaging and/or have a specific packaging method and which, once unsealed, cannot be restored to their previous state.
for the delivery of products ordered by the user or according to his special requirements. Any size not shown in the specific product description is considered a "Non-Standard Size".
for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, may degrade in quality or have a short shelf life.
for the delivery of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection - pillows, protectors and bed linen.
for the delivery of products which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been mixed with other products from which they cannot be separated;

The original packaging of the products provided by the manufacturer has not been opened and its integrity has not been violated, as well as the integrity of the protective stickers and other markings placed by the supplier. In case of non-compliance in accordance with the specified conditions, the supplier retains the right to refuse to accept the returned products and, consequently, not to refund the full amount of the sums paid by the user. In the event that the returned product is in a damaged commercial appearance and has signs of use, the supplier reserves the right to charge the customer for repackaging it, as well as changing the cover. .When the supplier on the onesleep.com platform has not fulfilled its obligations to provide information, defined in the Consumer Protection Act, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within one year and 14 days, from the date of receipt of the goods. When the information is provided to the user within the cancellation period, it becomes effective from the date of its provision. The user has the right to make the declaration of cancellations in accordance with this article directly to the provider through the single cancellation form available on the provider's website on the onesleep.com platform.
.When the user has exercised his right of withdrawal from the distance contract or the off-premise contract, the supplier will refund all sums received from the user without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which notified of the user's decision to withdraw from the contract. The supplier returns the amount received, only by bank transfer, to a bank account specified by the user.
When exercising the right of refusal, the costs of returning the delivered goods are deducted from the return amounts in accordance with par. 4, except in cases where the consumer organizes the return of the products himself and at his own expense. The supplier has no obligation to compensate the additional cost of delivery of the products when the user has expressly chosen a method of delivery of the products other than the cheapest type of delivery offered by the supplier.

The User can exercise his right to withdraw from the contract with the provider with a written statement through the contract withdrawal form available in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS on the onesleep.com platform and in Annex No. 1 of these general conditions.
.When the supplier on the onesleep.com platform has not offered to collect the products himself, he may withhold the payment of the amounts to the user until he receives the products or until the user has proof that he has sent the products back, depending on the two happened earlier.
Regardless of the above cases, the user undertakes to return the products in a commercial form that allows their subsequent sale, unless the unpacking of the products leads to an obvious violation of the commercial appearance of the products, such as, indicatively, a damaged box, torn packaging and others similar. In case of damaged commercial appearance of the product, the supplier has the right to refuse to accept the withdrawal from the contract or to charge the user the costs of restoring the product to a commercial appearance.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal under this article, it is considered that the user has also exercised the right of withdrawal in relation to the bonus content belonging to the products.
The delivery time of the products is determined for each product separately when concluding the contract with the user through the supplier's website on the onesleep.com platform
In the event that the user and the provider on the onesleep.com platform have not specified a delivery period, the delivery period for the products is 30 days, from the date of sending the user's order to the provider via the onesleep.com website
If the provider on the onesleep.com platform. cannot fulfill the contract due to the fact that it does not have the ordered goods, it is obliged to inform the user and return the amounts paid.
The supplier on the onesleep.com platform undertakes to comply with all requirements set out in the Bulgarian legislation regarding the labelling, advertising and sale of dietary supplements.
