These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relationships between ALSOKO LTD, 27 Morphou str., KINGS PARK, HOUSE E5, 8015 Paphos, Cyprus, Company reg. number: HE448460, VAT No: 60018866N (referred to as the Supplier) and the customers, users of the ALSOKO LTD online store.

ALSOKO LTD operates as an online store, accessible at www.onesleep.com, where users can:

✔ Register and create a profile to browse onesleep.com and access additional informational services.
✔ Make electronic declarations related to the conclusion or execution of contracts with ALSOKO LTD.
✔ Purchase and receive delivery of furniture, mattresses, and other products offered by ALSOKO LTD.
✔ Make payments for contracts with ALSOKO LTD through the available payment methods.
✔ Receive information on new products available on onesleep.com.
✔ Check product features, prices, and delivery conditions.
✔ Learn about their legal rights, mainly through the onesleep.com website.
✔ Exercise their right of withdrawal from remotely concluded contracts for products offered by the Supplier.
✔ Access the General Terms and Conditions provided by ALSOKO LTD.

 

The Supplier delivers products and guarantees user rights as required by law, following fair trade practices, commercial regulations, and consumer law.

Users enter into a purchase contract for ALSOKO LTD products via the supplier’s website www.onesleep.com or through another remote communication method. According to the contract, the Supplier is responsible for delivering the purchased products and transferring ownership, while the Users must pay the specified price under the ALSOKO LTD General Terms and Conditions.

The Supplier delivers products according to the conditions stated on the website and under these General Terms and Conditions. The delivery price is separate from the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The User and Supplier agree that all statements between them regarding contract execution can be made electronically, in compliance with the Electronic Commerce Act and Digital Signature Law. The electronic statements submitted via the ALSOKO LTD website are considered to be made by the individuals registered under the specified name and password.

USING CY.ONESLEEP.COM

To use ALSOKO LTD services, users must enter their chosen username and password if the online store requires registration. Registration is completed through an online form on the Supplier’s website.

By completing the registration and clicking “Yes, I accept” and “Register,” the user confirms their acceptance of these General Terms and agrees to abide by them.

The Supplier confirms the user’s registration via an email containing account activation instructions. The user must confirm the registration, establishing a contractual relationship between them and the Supplier.

Users must provide accurate and updated information. They are responsible for updating their details if changes occur. ALSOKO LTD is not liable if a user cannot access full website functionality due to lack of registration.

The email address provided upon registration is the “Primary Email Address” for correspondence under these terms. Users can change their primary email address, but ALSOKO LTD will send a confirmation request before finalizing the change.

ALSOKO LTD is not responsible for unauthorized changes to the primary email address. The Supplier may require the Primary Email Address for specific user interactions.

STEPS FOR CONCLUDING A PURCHASE CONTRACT

Users primarily use the supplier’s website to purchase products offered on onesleep.com. The contract is concluded in Greek.

The contracting party is the user, identified by the registration details in their profile.

ALSOKO LTD provides technical means for error correction before contract confirmation.

The contract is considered concluded when the user registers with ALSOKO LTD. A purchase contract is finalized when the user confirms the order via the Supplier’s website and phone verification.

Within 24 business hours after placing an order (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), the user will receive a confirmation call from an ALSOKO LTD representative.

During this call, the final sale price, delivery cost, and product availability will be confirmed to prevent misunderstandings. The user can cancel the order at this stage by explicitly stating so.

Order confirmation via phone is required to finalize the contract.

The Supplier is responsible for delivering the products to the specified address. Incorrect or misleading information provided by the user is their responsibility.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

✔ Orders are delivered in person against a signature.
✔ Larger shipments may be delivered to the building entrance instead of directly to the user.
✔ If direct delivery is not possible, the courier may:
• Deliver to a workplace colleague (for business addresses).
• Deliver to a household member (for residential addresses).
✔ If delivery is not possible, the courier will contact the user for alternative pickup options.

ALSOKO LTD does not deliver products to the user’s floor—deliveries are made only to the building entrance.

Users receive:

✔ Warranty card
✔ Receipt or invoice
✔ Option for inspection upon delivery (users should check items before accepting).

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made via:

Cash on delivery – Payment to the courier upon receipt.
Bank transfer – Payment must be completed within 7 days before shipping.
Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe) – Secure online payment processing.

WARRANTY TERMS

✔ Each product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.
✔ The warranty starts from the delivery date.
✔ Users must keep the purchase receipt and warranty card.

 

ALSOKO LTD is not responsible for minor height variations between mattress models.

IMPORTANT:
• Unrolling a rolled mattress must be done within 30 days of receipt.
• The mattress must be placed on a proper bed base (wooden slats are recommended).
• Mattresses must be left to expand for 24 hours before use—otherwise, the warranty is void.

✔ Users have 14 days to return a product after receiving it.
✔ A return request must be sent via email with the order number and product details.
✔ Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and documents.

Returns are NOT accepted if:

• The packaging is damaged or unsealed.
• The product is a custom order (non-standard size).
• The product is a pillow, protector, or bedding due to hygiene reasons.

ALSOKO LTD reserves the right to charge a repackaging fee (€29) or upholstery change (€45) if a returned item is used or damaged.

 

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

ALSOKO LTD complies with GDPR and Data Protection Laws. Users agree that:
✔ Their data can be processed for order fulfillment.
✔ ALSOKO LTD may send promotional emails to
registered users.
✔ Users have the right to request data deletion.

FINAL

✔ Any contract disputes are subject to the laws of Cyprus.

✔ ALSOKO LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms, with prior notice to users.
